In the summer of 2010, Jay spent a month in the backcountry of Glacier National Park, Montana for a work project. Hiking 100 miles from the west to the east, the midpoint of the journey was an amazing place called Goat Haunt Ranger Station.

This magical place ignited a passion for hiking, mountaineering, and rock climbing. In 2018 and 2022, we visited Goat Haunt again for an amazing trip.

After our latest visit, we decided to form a small woodworking business to share our love of nature and all the beautiful hardwoods we find from our journeys.
